Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Purrfectwick, we want you to feel completely confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most products within 14 days of delivery, as long as:
The item is unused and in its original packaging
The candle has not been lit or altered in any way
You contact us within the return window
Please note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items unless there is a fault or issue.
How to Start a Return
1. Email us at purrfectwick@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll respond within one business day with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund within five business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, don't hesitate to contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Non-Returnable Items

3. Sale items marked “final sale”
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
